Terms of Service — OSS Shirt Club

1. Subscription agreement

By joining OSS Shirt Club, you agree to a monthly subscription service. Here is exactly how it works:

Initial purchase

Your first shirt costs $10 (including shipping)
You will receive one exclusive design shirt
Your membership begins immediately upon payment

Recurring subscription

30 days after your initial purchase, your subscription auto-renews at $30/month
You will be charged on the same day each month (for example: if you join on January 15th, you will be charged on February 15th, March 15th, and so on)
Each month you receive one new exclusive design shirt
Shipping is included in the monthly price
This subscription continues indefinitely until you cancel

Cancellation policy

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date with zero penalty
If you cancel within the first 30 days (before your second charge), you will not be billed again
Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged
To cancel: Log into your billing portal at Stripe customer billing or email support@ossgrappling.com.
No refunds for the current month once charged — you keep the shirt you paid for, but no future charges occur
We process cancellations immediately — no waiting periods, no "are you sure?" hassles

What you are agreeing to

By clicking "Continue to secure checkout," you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription
You will be automatically charged $30/month starting 30 days after your first purchase
You understand this is not a one-time purchase
Charges will continue until you actively cancel
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling if you no longer want shirts

2. Payment terms

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over 7 days
If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be paused until payment is updated

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price increase
Price changes do not apply retroactively

Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@ossgrappling.com within 30 days
Provide your order number and explanation of the dispute
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

3. Product and shipping

What you receive

One exclusive t-shirt design each month
Designs are selected by us and cannot be customized or requested
Shirt specifications: premium ring-spun cotton blend tees with a modern athletic fit. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low unless otherwise noted on the garment care tag. Fabric weight and exact blend may vary by drop; the care label on your shirt is authoritative.
Shirts are printed on-demand and exclusive to OSS Club members

Shirt size

You select your size during signup
To change your size for future shipments, email support@ossgrappling.com at least 7 days before your next billing date
Size exchanges after shipment are subject to availability and may incur shipping fees

Shipping and delivery

Shirts typically ship within 3–7 business days after billing
Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment (US addresses)
You will receive tracking information via email
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses you provide

Lost or damaged items

If your shirt arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos
We will replace damaged items at no cost
For lost packages, contact us after tracking shows delivery but the item was not received
We may require a police report for packages marked "delivered" before sending a replacement

4. Refund policy

No refunds on monthly charges

Once you are charged for a monthly subscription period, that charge is non-refundable
You will receive the shirt for that billing cycle
You may cancel to prevent future charges

Defective product refunds

If your shirt has a manufacturing defect (printing errors, fabric defects, incorrect item shipped), we will:

Replace it for free, or
Issue a refund for that month's charge

Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

First purchase satisfaction guarantee

If you receive your first $10 shirt and are unhappy with the quality, email us within 14 days
We will refund your $10 and cancel your subscription
This guarantee only applies to your first shirt, not subsequent monthly deliveries

5. Account and membership

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
You are liable for all charges made through your account

Membership changes

You may update your email address, shipping address, and payment method through your billing portal
Size changes require emailing support@ossgrappling.com
Changes must be made before your next billing cycle to take effect

Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
Violation of these terms
Abusive behavior toward our team

Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining subscription time without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All shirt designs, graphics, logos, and branding are owned by OSS Club
You receive a non-exclusive license to wear and display the physical shirt you purchased
You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs
Taking photos of your shirts and sharing on social media for personal use is encouraged

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operations
Product descriptions and images are approximate and may vary slightly

8. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii
You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@ossgrappling.com before pursuing legal action
Both parties waive the right to jury trial

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time
Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
Previous versions will be archived and available upon request
