1. The service
OSS Grappling is a browser-based training software service operated by Bear Tactical LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company. The service currently includes the BJJ Game Map, Roll Journal, Jacked Grappler strength and conditioning tools, and Round Timer. Features may be improved, replaced, or removed as the service develops.
2. Trial and recurring billing
The checkout page shows the applicable trial length, renewal price, billing interval, and any promotion before you subscribe. The current founding offer provides a 14-day trial followed by recurring billing at $19 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide when the trial ends and at each following billing interval until cancellation.
3. Cancellation and billing help
You may cancel through the billing link on your OSS account page or through the Stripe billing portal. The portal will display when cancellation takes effect. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial expires. For billing errors or refund questions, contact support@ossgrappling.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information. You may use the service for your own lawful training purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's data, bypass subscription controls, scrape protected content, or reproduce and resell the software or its training data without written permission.
5. Training and AI limitations
OSS provides training organization and educational information, not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or individualized professional supervision. AI-generated and automated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Review recommendations, use appropriate coaching and safety judgment, and stop training when an activity is unsafe for you. Consult a qualified professional for medical or injury concerns.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the training information you submit. You grant Bear Tactical LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that information to operate and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available and customer data accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Bear Tactical LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on automated training output.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the software changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the account email when reasonably required. Questions may be sent to support@ossgrappling.com.
